About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our airside team as a Marshaller. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Driver to position catering trucks to aircraft in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Load and unload trucks with carts, ovens, and standard units, ensuring efficient and safe handling practices.
  • Prepare and pack catering equipment, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct basic serviceability and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment, reporting any issues to the relevant teams.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist with administrative documentation and reporting duties, as required.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Work in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with HALAL, HACCP, Food Safety, and WHS regulations.
Requirements
  • Possession or ability to attain an Aviation Security Identification Card.
  • Flexibility to work around flight schedules, including 7-day per week operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • A satisfactory police record and criminal history check.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks, with a focus on safety and ergonomics.
