The position of Field Clinical Specialist Manager – Electrophysiology (FCSM) plays a critical role in driving this mission forward.

The FCSM will lead the Clinical Specialist team in the South, ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to deliver exceptional clinical services and programs to our customers. This includes staying up to date with industry, competitor and product knowledge, as well as collaborating with Territory Managers and other commercial leaders to ensure effective and efficient clinical case coverage across the region.

The FCSM works closely with the Clinical Educator – Electrophysiology to develop and implement training programs, including online, formal, hands on and didactic training courses. They will also provide in-field clinical coaching to achieve clinical excellence with FARAPULSE, RHYTHMIA, Access Solutions products, and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Development:
  • Identify and develop talented Clinical Specialists to support the team and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Educator to design and deliver comprehensive training programs.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Drive a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration, respect, and accountability.
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Clinical Excellence:
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Cardiac Rhythm Management, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Apply clinical knowledge and expertise to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
