The Role:

This role is responsible for conducting investigations as a member of our team, investigating serious matters. The key accountabilities include:

  • Providing technical knowledge in conducting investigations, focusing on serious matters and adhering to internal requirements.
  • Effectively planning and delivering investigations.
  • Determining investigation plans and strategies, including processes, parameters, and outputs.
  • Preparing for and conducting interviews with participants to gather evidence and ensure procedural fairness.
  • Making findings on allegations of misconduct.
  • Analysing organisational factors related to investigation outcomes.
  • Engaging with stakeholders and providing progress updates while protecting sensitive information.
  • Preparing reports and closure memos outlining investigative activities and findings.

Your Qualifications:

To be successful, you will require:

  • Significant experience conducting investigations.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A degree in Law, Investigations, or a related field (or extensive relevant experience).
  • Formal investigation training.
  • Experience managing complex investigations.
  • Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment.
