About the Role

We are seeking a 3rd or 4th year student engineer to perform work experience as a 3-month contract. As a Process Engineer Intern, you will support the PVC production teams and the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commission new production lines, including developing concise commissioning plans, documenting material trials, data collection, and creating SOPs to support production.
  • Support the engineering team by specifying, quoting, and documenting the design of new equipment installations.
  • Support the Production team with troubleshooting.
  • Commission lab equipment.
  • Ensure and maintain a safe workplace and work practices.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience with MS Office and CAD software.
  • Practical experience in equipment commissioning and lab work.
  • Problem solver with the ability to make decisions and deliver practical solutions.
  • Team player that can communicate and collaborate across cross-functional teams with all stakeholders.
