At WiseTech Global, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Client Liaison Specialist to join our team in Sydney.

We offer an attractive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.

As a key member of our Global Key Account Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing proactive support to clients, gaining their trust and establishing strong relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conducting deep dive investigations to understand client motivations, strategies, and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our CargoWise and Blume applications to provide expert guidance and direction to clients.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technical, and Commercial, to deliver optimal solutions for clients.
  • Building strong working partnerships with Service Partners to enhance the overall service offering for clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent English and Japanese language skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and gain trust.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to take ownership of issues and track them through to resolution.
  • Strong technical knowledge and technically enabled skills.
  • Experience in Key Account Management or Relationship Management, preferably within the logistics/freight forwarding industry.
