Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Meetings and Events Manager to join our team at Club Med. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and promoting the "Meetings and Events" space within the resort.

You will oversee a team of 2 to 10 employees and manage the economic and qualitative results of the resort's Meetings and Events space. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the quality of services, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.

To succeed in this role, you must be well-organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and lead your team towards defined objectives. You will also need to ensure compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety rules as well as the maintenance of the property.

As a Meetings and Events Manager at Club Med, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with other departments of the resort and maintaining good relations with local authorities.
