Project Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformational Project Leader to join our team at Churches of Christ. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects and drive business transformation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business, Management, or Project Management, along with 3+ years of project management experience. You'll bring strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with expertise in managing complex projects, ideally with Agile or Scrum experience plus risk management identification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects across the organisation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Report directly to the Project and Innovation Office Lead and be supported by Project Support & Project Finance Officers
  • Drive business benefits and deliver innovation aligned with our strategic direction
  • Develop strong relationships and promote cross-functional collaboration
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects align with organisational objectives

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • $104,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Five weeks of annual leave and the ability to purchase more

Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Management, or Project Management
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Expertise in managing complex projects, ideally with Agile or Scrum experience plus risk management identification
  • A current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire
  • Working with Children (Blue Card) – or the ability to acquire
  • Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS) – or the ability to acquire
