We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Carer at Bupa Templestowe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Carer, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging environment that promotes physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as mealtimes and outings.
• Cater to residents' preferences and interests by planning and implementing activities that promote engagement and interaction.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of services and a high level of resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on resident progress and activity outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual who possesses excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Requirements:

• Aged Care experience within an Aged Care or community setting.
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Australian driver's licence.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum + superannuation
