The Role

This is a dynamic position with two key areas of focus:

  1. Social Media & E-Commerce Growth - Develop and implement a digital strategy to boost engagement and drive online sales.
  2. B2B Sales & Relationships - Build new partnerships while supporting existing customers across retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and publish content across various social media platforms.
  • Manage content calendars, campaigns, and sporting event tie-ins.
  • Increase brand awareness through creative storytelling, graphics, and short-form video.
  • Drive inbound enquiries and manage conversion funnels.
  • Research and approach potential B2B customers while maintaining strong existing relationships.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance across digital and sales channels.
About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record in e-commerce growth and social media management.
  • At least two years' experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and SEO.
  • A strong balance of creativity and commercial thinking.
  • Sales-driven with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • B2B sales or account management experience (preferred).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-focused.
