The Myer Group seeks an accomplished eCommerce Specialist to drive sales growth, streamline operations, and spearhead short-term projects. This critical role ensures seamless execution of online initiatives, contributing significantly to the channel's commercial performance and overall customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute daily eCommerce strategies to boost sales and enhance customer engagement
  • Support trade and promotional plans aligned with broader eCommerce objectives
  • Maintain operational processes ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Contribute to small-scale projects improving the eCommerce platform's functionality
  • Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports for management review
  • Analyse product performance and implement strategies to optimise sales
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandise teams to achieve sales targets
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional and external teams to achieve operational targets
  • Ensure internal and supplier processes are up-to-date, participating in process improvement, adoption, and iteration
  • Respond promptly to pricing and compliance issues across Myer Group sites

About You:

  • Previous experience in eCommerce or Merchandise roles within the retail sector is highly valued
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A strong team player who can work collaboratively with both internal and external teams
  • Customer-driven with a strong service focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, PIMs, or search and merchandising tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly in Microsoft Excel
