Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Salt. As a key member of our Finance Division, you will be responsible for contributing to the mission and objectives of the Governance, Risk and Control team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Governance Frameworks: Set up and maintain governance structures around Supply Chain activities, including sourcing and outsourcing.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Define and drive the implementation of actions required to achieve compliance with regulations, and establish operational procedures and controls to evidence this compliance.
  • Outsourcing Committee Support: Support the Outsourcing Committee in its oversight role of risks at group level and relating to outsourcing and critical service providers.

Your Part of the Deal:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative and governance-related support to the Outsourcing Committee, including agenda management, meeting materials, and minutes.
  • Process Implementation: Support the analysis, implementation, and embedding of new processes or amending existing processes to ensure compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) Regulation.
  • Supply Chain Support: Provide support to other supply chain business areas, including governance, risks, and controls.
