Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and validating data for revenue recognition and billing, as well as coordinating claim submissions and subcontractor confirmations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage large datasets in a timely manner.
  • Billing and Claims: Prepare and validate data for revenue recognition and billing, and coordinate claim submissions and subcontractor confirmations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Partner with Commercial, Project, and Validation teams to optimize cash flow and maintain a healthy ledger.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Excel skills: Proficiency in using tools such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP is essential.
  • Data Management: Experience with large data sets and billing processes in operations or maintenance projects is required.
  • Attention to Detail: A detailed-oriented and logical approach to work is necessary.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required.
