As a Senior Team Leader in the Mechanical Engineering department, you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role and inspire a team of engineers to deliver innovative solutions for large-scale infrastructure and building projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a high-performing team of mechanical engineers and building services professionals
  • Overseeing the design and delivery of mechanical systems for large-scale projects across various sectors including Defence, Transport, Aviation, High Tech, and Commercial
  • Applying technical expertise to ensure innovative, sustainable, and code-compliant design outcomes
  • Championing a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement
  • Contributing to strategic business growth, resource planning, and client engagement

Qualifications and requirements include:

  • A degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in building services
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing engineering teams
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, resourcing, and project performance
