Business Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to lead our branch network and drive growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of excellence in sales and operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Develop and implement retail strategies, including key sales campaigns and activities, to drive results
  • Build strong relationships with customers and industry partners to identify new growth opportunities
  • Manage the staffing requirements of the branch, including recruitment, rostering, training, and performance management

Requirements:
