We are seeking experienced and skilled individuals to operate complex machinery such as Excavators, Dump Trucks, Compactors, and Graders in a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery with precision and efficiency, conducting daily maintenance checks, and maintaining equipment in excellent condition.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience operating one or more of these machines, along with a strong understanding of machinery operations within the civil construction industry. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate complex machinery with precision and efficiency
  • Conduct daily maintenance checks on machinery
  • Maintain equipment in excellent condition
  • Assist with other site duties as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience operating complex machinery such as Excavators, Dump Trucks, Compactors, and Graders
  • Strong understanding of machinery operations within the civil construction industry
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Able to perform daily maintenance and servicing of machinery
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • A valid Driver's Licence with flexibility to travel between job sites
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
