**About The Role:**

We are seeking an exceptional Trainee Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, create a culture of development, and ensure our stores uphold our values.

You will have autonomy to run your store like your own business alongside your manager. Key responsibilities include:

1. Providing outstanding customer service and spreading the love of LUSH products to staff and customers.

2. Ensuring scheduling, stock handling, and cost control are managed efficiently.

3. Motivating, growing, and developing staff into a high-performance team.

4. Working with the leadership team to create a positive culture where customers are prioritised.

5. Supporting staff with career development through targeted training, goal setting, and regular appraisals.

6. Training staff on customer service, product knowledge, and company policy and procedures.

7. Planning and delivering schedules within set standards.

8. Maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

9. Ensuring stock management procedures are adhered to.

10. Creating a fun and dynamic shop atmosphere.
