Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves fashion and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a memorable and seamless experience for every customer interaction. They will maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning, and process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.

They will also exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators by providing styling advice and support in fitting rooms.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style
  • Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
