Job Title: North Asia Portfolio Manager - Insurance Solutions

Location: AU (Remote or Onsite)

Salary: AUD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

This is a Client Executive, North Asia Portfolio role with one of the leading companies in AU right now. You will work on an existing book consisting of commercial and corporate business across a wide variety of industries, providing renewals and day-to-day client servicing.

  • Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience
  • Designing appropriate servicing solutions and insurance programs for client portfolios
  • Managing essential interface with administration support, claims and placement teams
  • Identifying revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio
  • Assisting on business development opportunities within new and existing accounts for all aspects of Aon offering

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a genuine drive to learn, bilingual in Mandarin (preferable) and English, and proven experience working on commercial or corporate accounts. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment and able to engage professionally with clients of a different cultural heritage. Solid planning and organisational skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail are also required.
