Bricklaying Apprenticeship Opportunity

East Coast Apprenticeships is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Bricklaying Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and kickstart your journey towards becoming a skilled tradesperson.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist experienced tradespeople in various construction projects, including residential buildings, commercial structures, renovations, landscaping, and industrial developments.
  • Work full-time, 38+ hours per week, with the possibility of a rostered day off each month.
  • Complete your trade with one of our Host Employers, who will provide in-depth knowledge and guidance to help you become trade qualified within 4 years.
Requirements:
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in bricklaying and the construction industry.
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and follow established procedures.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in various weather conditions.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and comfort working from heights.
  • Enjoy practical work and have a minimum P1 Drivers License and own reliable transport.
