About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers and internal sales representatives to provide timely service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to inbound call queries from clients, Area Managers, and Authorised Representatives">
  • Creating connections with customers by understanding their needs">
  • Delivering timely service outcomes for customers and partners in line with agreed standards">
  • Managing customer calls and queries in a timely and efficient manner">
  • Attending and participating in training and team meetings">
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and quality standards">
  • Proactive debtor management in line with Nation Consistency Process & Compliance regulations">
  • Demonstrating our values and behaviours">
