Food Preparation Role

At our food preparation site, we are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a food processor. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a commercial kitchen setting and be comfortable working with various ingredients.

The primary responsibilities of this role include cooking and preparing a range of products, including soft-boiled eggs, deep-fried chicken pieces, pork belly rolls, gyoza, and other Japanese dishes. In addition to cooking duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for cleaning up their station at the end of each shift and participating in general cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cook and prepare a variety of Japanese dishes, including soft-boiled eggs, deep-fried chicken pieces, pork belly rolls, gyoza, and other products
  • Perform preparation duties, such as cutting vegetables, chicken, and beef
  • Clean up your station at the end of each shift and participate in general cleaning tasks
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen setting
