Job Description

As a Senior Lecturer in AI, you will contribute to the development of courses and disciplines within SCIT, focusing on modern AI and software engineering. You will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, developing teaching materials, preparing lectures and seminars, conducting labs, tutorials, workshops and clinical sessions.

  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching material and educational programs
  • Conduct research and publish in top-tier conferences and journals
  • Supervise students engaged in course work, honours and postgraduate research projects
  • Participate in Governance and Service activities to make a positive contribution to the Faculty, University and the Professional and Academic community
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need to have:

  • A Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven research excellence and a national reputation in AI/Software Engineering
  • Experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in modern AI and/or software engineering
  • Strong publication record in top-tier conferences and journals
