Zone Manager

Maxima Canberra is seeking a passionate Zone Manager to lead our ACT store on a part-time basis. As a leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team.

About the Role:
  • Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
  • Lead from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team
  • Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
  • A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers
  • Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
  • Availability to work late evenings and weekends
