Our team is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.

Job Description

The role of a Retail Merchandising Specialist involves building relationships with store managers and team members to effectively complete tasks such as creating and maintaining quality point of sale displays and planograms in stores.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy developing and growing brand advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain high-quality point of sale displays and planograms in stores
  • Talk to stores about additional promotional space for various products
  • Achieve targets within Grocery, Corporate Petrol & Convenience, and Mass Merchant stores across a set territory
  • Manage a territory of retail stores and report tasks with good quality photos daily via our StoreTrack app
Requirements:
  • Supermarket, retail or merchandising experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Driver's license (Learner's Permit NOT accepted) and access to a reliable vehicle is required
