Security Driver Role

We are seeking skilled and licensed Security Officers to drive our shuttle bus and conduct high-visibility patrols across campus areas. The ideal candidate will hold a valid NSW 1A Security Licence and have experience in driving a shuttle bus.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive a shuttle bus around campus and nearby suburbs, ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections to identify potential security risks and take necessary steps to mitigate them.
  • Respond promptly to workplace emergencies and manage incidents to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, security logs, and communication reports.
Essential Requirements
  • Nationally accredited NSW Security Licence 1A
  • Valid Medium or Heavy Rigid NSW Driver Licence
  • Able to work a 24/7 rotating roster across 7 days
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current)
  • First Aid and CPR (current)
  • Fire Warden certification (or willing to attain)
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Reliability and punctuality
