- Manage Multiple Releases: Coordinate parallel releases across development, test, and production environments, ensuring seamless execution.
- Strong Technical Background: Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks or leading testing efforts in a highly automated environment.
- Proficiency in Data Testing Tools: Demonstrated proficiency in Tosca Data Integrity (DI) for data testing.
- Project Management Experience: Solid understanding of testing in a data-centric environment and project management experience in handling release processes.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- CI/CD Pipeline Expertise: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
