Your Role
In this critical support role, you will be working closely with senior brokers to grow client portfolios. Responsibilities include coordinating new business quotes and renewals, ensuring timely delivery of customer service, and assisting in overall account management and debtor management. By identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and cost efficiencies, you will play a key part in driving business growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications
This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and strong communication skills. A Tier 1 qualification in insurance broking or a willingness to obtain one is highly beneficial. Your problem-solving skills should be sharp, and you should be able to navigate high-pressure situations professionally. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment is essential.
