About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the Group. You will work closely with our business leaders to develop and implement risk management strategies, review controls, and monitor risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and promote the consistent application of our Risk and Compliance Management Framework (RCMF) across the Group.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide advice on the management of Enterprise Risk and Compliance.
  • Support the implementation of relevant standards and frameworks, and facilitate training for team members.
  • Prepare and update lists of Group material risks for discussion with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the Board Risk and Sustainability Committee (BRSC).
  • Coordinate the Incident Management Team to ensure effective incident management and mitigation.
  • Partner with Centres of Excellence to ensure legislative compliance requirements are current and up to date.
  • Schedule, plan, and facilitate testing and exercising of business continuity and crisis management plans across the Group.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Risk Management Specialist with a proven track record of guiding risk and compliance management functions in large and complex businesses. You will have a strong understanding of strategy, risk, safety, and compliance management, and be able to think critically and work collaboratively with peers at all levels.
