Experienced Venue Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a seasoned Back of House Supervisor to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves venue and room setups during both day and evening events, ensuring the highest levels of client service, venue management, event execution, and venue presentation.
- Able to follow detailed instructions and run sheets.
- Excellent delivery of room set ups in line with client requirements.
- Good facilities and venue management.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Ability to assist the team in reviewing and improving processes.
This is a collections-based role with hours based on a roster. Flexible availability is key as coverage for evening and occasional weekend shifts may also be required.
About YouYou will be responsible for venue and room setups during both day and evening. As a Back of House Supervisor, you will work collaboratively as part of the BOH team to achieve our vision of creating remarkable experiences by ensuring the highest levels of client service, venue management, event execution, and venue presentation.
In addition, you will demonstrate:
- Able to follow detailed instructions and run sheets.
- Excellent delivery of room set ups in line with client requirements.
- Good facilities and venue management.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Ability to assist the team in reviewing and improving processes.
