Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Development Manager to lead our Sunshine Coast Project in QLD.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
  2. Lead the project team to achieve targets and drive commercial viability.
  3. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to optimize revenues and project KPIs.
  4. Deliver regular reports and prepare funding papers demonstrating project financials.
  5. Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Development Manager in the property development industry.
  • Tertiary qualification in a property-related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including built form or civil projects.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
