About This Role
Job Description- This is a full-time position based in Geelong.
- You will provide highly developed practice advice to support and develop case management staff.
Salary: $97,955 - $111,142 per annum plus superannuation
Role OverviewThis role requires an experienced professional with expertise in best-practice case management frameworks and theoretical concepts to reduce risk and maximise individual outcomes.
- Provide guidance on integrating theory and practice to support case management staff.
- Conduct case practice quality audits and implement recommendations.
- Develop and deliver education sessions to embed best practices across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager, Professional Practice in developing and implementing case management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of case practice quality audits and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in best-practice case management and team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and relationship building.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop complex reports and evidence-based recommendations.
