Position Overview

As a key member of our production team, you will report directly to the shift supervisor and work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am). Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Upholding safety, quality, and production standards
  • Operating high-speed machinery, which includes:
    • Conducting changeovers
    • Troubleshooting machinery issues
    • Making machine adjustments
    • Performing basic maintenance tasks
  • Interpreting and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Key Qualifications
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Mechanical understanding
  • Team collaboration skills
  • Willingness to work across a 24-hour rotating shift schedule
  • Prior manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to meet the pre-employment medical requirements, including drug and alcohol testing.
Candidate Profile
  • Our site operates on a 24/7 schedule, offering competitive hourly rates, allowances, and weekend penalties, with earnings starting from $109k plus superannuation and overtime.
  • The 7-day roster allows for condensed workweeks, providing every second weekend off.
