As a Customer Solutions Consultant at Metricon, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of quality and excellence in every aspect of our business.

You will be responsible for guiding customers through the home personalisation process, developing interior design schemes, and advising customers on suitable product choices.

Your primary objective will be to deliver customer experiences that meet their lifestyle needs and exceed their expectations.

You will achieve this by:

  1. Collaborating closely with customers to understand their preferences and requirements.
  2. Maintaining and developing thorough knowledge of Metricon products and services to provide expert advice and guidance.
  3. Facilitating specialist product appointments and overseeing the pricing and recording of selections.
  4. Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between the customer, sales team, and operations team.

By focusing on delivering quality and excellence, you will contribute to Metricon's reputation as a leader in the home building industry.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Metricon's team as a Customer Solutions Consultant.

You will work closely with customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintaining and developing thorough knowledge of Metricon products and services.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Completed Interior Design qualifications.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume customer contact environment, particularly with the general public.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and deal with various activities.
  • Working knowledge of the building and construction process, which would be an advantage.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work positively and professionally in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK computer skills.
  • Experience using database systems.
