Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for overseeing the team's performance to ensure high-quality daily operations in Service Execution.
  • Take the lead in identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing talent within the Service Execution team.
  • Manage and support the day-to-day operations, tasks, and co-workers of the Service Execution team.
  • Ensure that the team possesses a safety mindset and works in compliance with IKEA's standard operating procedures, Code of Conduct, and local legislation.
  • Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily Service Execution to guarantee and foster a customer-centric mindset within the team.
Requirements
  • Passionate about ensuring we meet our customers in the best way and securing excellence in Service Execution operations.
  • A people person with proven experience leading and developing teams.
  • Sound computer literacy and understanding of Microsoft Office suite/apps.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate, and effectively influence and manage internal/external stakeholders.
  • A forward thinker who works calmly under pressure, taking ownership of quick decisions and problem-solving.
