Job Title:

Safety and Security Team Member

A key role within our reception area, you will act as the face of IKEA to all visitors. This dynamic position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service and a safety mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage visitor access, contractors and co-worker access to and from the unit
  • Provide administrative support with tasks such as audits, incident reporting and database management
  • Monitor and review CCTV footage, conduct investigations and respond quickly to alarms
  • Ensure compliance with company rules, guidelines and legislative requirements
Requirements:

A security licence and current first aid certificate is required for this role. If you do not currently hold either of these, you must be willing and able to attain one.

24-hour availability is required for this role, with a mix of day, overnight and weekend hours.
