Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Commercial Cleaner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning customer sites to the required standard, at the specified frequency and within the set timeframe.

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the site.
  • Clean floors, walls, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
  • Empty rubbish receptacles, replace bin liners, and dispose of bagged waste in the correct location.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform the following tasks:

  • Mopping floors and cleaning up spills
  • Sweeping and vacuuming
  • Wiping and dusting
  • Cleaning windows
  • Cleaning toilets and toilet facilities
  • Polishing (by hand or machine)
  • Decanting of cleaning chemicals
  • Operation of cleaning equipment
  • Moving stock and equipment on site
  • Informing the supervisor if stocks of consumables are running low
  • Removing litter and debris from external areas of the site
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of OHS requirements
  • Attention to detail
