We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Platform Technical Lead to join our product engineering team at the Parlai Communications Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership in the operational design, development and support of our Parlai communications platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight and leadership in innovating and evolving the platform and product capabilities.
- Design and develop a work-leading communications platform using AWS services.
- Lead the implementation of projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and enhance platform infrastructure implementations including EC2, ECS, API-GW, Lambda, DynamoDB, VPC, VPN, security groups, IAM roles, Docker, Jenkins, CloudFormation, CloudFront, DataDog, Logging, etc.
- Contribute to AWS configuration & maintenance, and usage of deployment and task automation (OS, database services, virtual networks, or other platform services).
- Monitor system performance and scalability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting activities on platforms and services.
- Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- At least 6+ years' experience working in a software development team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong team player and work ethic.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience with SDLC tools (e.g. Bamboo, Jenkins, JIRA, GIT, Confluence).
