Client Services Manager Job Description

This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Client Services Manager.

As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service standards across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a proactive approach, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily interactions with clients and frontline staff
  • Conducting regular site inspections and client check-ins to ensure high service standards
  • Using Microsoft Office tools for communication and reporting
  • Supporting stock control and equipment ordering
  • Learning internal accounting systems for tasks like timesheets, invoicing, and costing

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Great admin and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Confidence with customer service and building relationships
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on getting results
