Disability Support Role

Holistic care is at the heart of our mission to empower individuals with disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated Care Specialist to join our team on the Gold Coast.

This rewarding role involves delivering high-quality support services that cater to the unique needs of our clients. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a collaborative environment that values compassion, initiative, and teamwork.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of disability support principles
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • An Australian driver's license
  • Experience in personal care, hoist use, and spinal cord support
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Modules (or willingness to complete)

Prior experience in the disability sector or relevant certifications in mental health are highly regarded. Additionally, proficiency in using hoists and providing personal care will be advantageous.
