Overview

Air Services Australia seeks a highly organized professional to ensure seamless data analysis and visualisation tools usage that drives strategic decision-making at the executive level. This role involves coordinating timely production of strategic and business performance reports, supporting Executive Forums, and maintaining quality and consistency in large groups of data sets.

The Role & The Team

  • Support the data analytics process by coordinating the production of strategic and business performance reports.
  • Organize agendas, forward schedules, and action registers for efficient leadership meetings.
  • Maintain quality and consistency by reviewing large groups of data sets from across the business.
  • Manage records, documentation, and reporting schedules with precision.
  • Support leadership with reporting and data needs and information collation.

Requirements

You thrive in fast-paced environments, ensuring that reports and data are delivered on time and at the highest standard. You're a skilled communicator and collaborator, capable of working across teams to bring together key business analysis into insights.

Key Skills

  • Detail-oriented professional with good analytical and strong communication skills.
  • Intermediate experience with basic analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Understanding of data pipelines, including setting up ETLs and maintaining data quality.
  • Data visualization skills using Power BI with Power Query and DAX.
  • Team player with stakeholder management skills to deal with a range of business requirements.
