We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to work on night shift at Bendigo Rail Workshops.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the team's success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage stock and equipment procurement according to tender allowances.
- Oversee project timelines to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure staff complete quality control and safety documentation.
- Provide weekly feedback to the project manager on project progress.
- Keep customers informed of project developments.
- Perform performance management to ensure efficient production and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Experience in manufacturing with ISO 9001 accreditation.
- Project management experience, including costings, purchasing, and staff management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective communication across all levels.
- Quality-focused with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence.
- A National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to pass Rail Industry medical if required.
