Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join our Moranbah team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring plant equipment to achieve optimal results, maintaining accurate records, conducting routine inspections and maintenance checks, and working with the wider Emulsion Operations team to meet production expectations and maintain product quality.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a plant operator within manufacturing emulsion, strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, ability to work efficiently in a team environment, open driver's license, high-risk work license – forklift, QLD security clearance card or ability to acquire, excellent health and safety practices, can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills.

The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a plant operator within manufacturing emulsion (desired)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Open Driver's License
  • High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (essential)
  • QLD Security Clearance Card (or the ability to acquire)
