**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough analyses of existing methods, systems, and processes within Central Business Services, including Supply Chain, Inventory Management, General Admin, Finance, and Product Management.

- Verify and document updated processes and procedures, flowcharts, and job descriptions.

- Collaborate with department stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic objectives to enhance business performance.

- Recommend and implement changes to processes, procedures, and methods, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Provide training and support to staff on new procedures and best practices.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- 2+ years' experience in a related field.

- Excellent English proficiency.

- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Highly reliable and results-driven individual.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office, with strong computer literacy.
