Public Relations Specialist

This is a 16-week casual opportunity for a Public Relations Specialist to work in a full-time capacity. The role requires the individual to have over three years of experience implementing public relations strategies and managing media-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and edit communications and marketing materials (blog posts, social media content, press releases, speeches).
- Implement a strategic approach to enhancing the organisation's overall reputation and credibility externally across various channels.
- Ensure all marketing and communications material align with the organisation's standards.
- Support the development of templates, branding, the company style guide, and the company Communications Plan.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will hold qualifications in journalism, public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A high level of digital literacy and experience using different technologies to enhance the brand and communications of the organisation are essential.
- Experience using a content management system and writing for the web is also required.
- The individual must be willing to undergo a National Police Check and hold a valid driver's license.
