Early Childhood Educator Role

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our centre. As an integral member of our team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the futures of our young learners.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues alike. You'll have a deep understanding of early childhood education principles and practices, as well as experience working with children from diverse backgrounds.

As a dedicated educator, you'll work collaboratively with our experienced team to deliver high-quality programs that cater to the unique needs of each child. You'll be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that foster cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing curriculum plans that align with national guidelines and standards
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services
  • Providing exceptional care and support to meet the individual needs of each child

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certification
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A current Police Check
