As a Restaurant Leader at Chicken Treat, you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet our high brand standards, customer promises, and quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include leading teams, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture, and drive costs down
  • Ability to translate direction into action and demonstrate a real knack for leading, inspiring, and supporting the crew
  • Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for creating fun moments
