Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Associate to join our team at our EG Group site. As a key member of our frontline team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be expected to:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote products and deals to customers and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Operate point of sale systems and manage cash handling and stock control procedures.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and maintain a clean and tidy store.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar environment.
  • A confident attitude and energetic approach every day.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • A solutions-focused mindset and ability to adapt to changing situations.
