Front of House All-Rounder Job Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join our team.

  • Serving customers with warmth and efficiency is crucial for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Making focaccia & sandwiches requires attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Making coffee & beverages (barista experience a plus) involves being proficient in operating commercial coffee equipment and handling cash transactions efficiently.
  • Stock management, managing the till and POS system, keeping the front of house clean, stocked, and looking great, assisting the kitchen & baking team as needed, and helping with opening & closing duties require excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Requirements:

  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Previous hospitality or retail experience preferred but not essential for this role.
  • Passionate about baked goods, coffee, and providing good customer service.
