Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join the Region Services organization. This role involves driving large-scale global projects and initiatives, leading cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new workflow features and tools that enhance productivity and open capacity at a faster rate.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams, as well as experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.

This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with customers, data center technicians, and senior leadership. The TPM will be responsible for gathering business requirements, documenting functional and design specifications, defining User Acceptance Criteria for testing software, and ensuring systems capture applicable data to enable customers to measure their process effectiveness.

As a member of the Region Services team, you will redefine the way AWS designs, builds, and operates AWS regions to enable new AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Services offerings to customers across every industry and size. You will contribute to the operational excellence of Amazon.com data centers and help take AWS into the future.

A day in the life:

  • Gather business requirements and document specifications
  • Define User Acceptance Criteria for testing software
  • Ensure systems capture applicable data to enable customer measurement
  • Identify and assemble resources for each project

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Estimated salary may vary based on specific circumstances.
