We are seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to manage workforce data and ensure compliance with various regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate employment conditions, including new hires, rehires, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, and employee benefits.
  • Conduct regular audits to proactively identify and resolve errors, maintaining compliance with over 90 Enterprise Agreements.
  • EBA interpretation and management of ServiceNow tickets and inquiries from stakeholders.
About You:
  • Experience in high-volume payroll operations using SAP software.
  • A strong understanding of multiple EBA's and their complexities.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders on complex matters.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be responsible for managing employee data, ensuring accuracy, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
